Hmph. I knew that it would only be a matter of time before this day came. Fortunately, I've been amassing troops for some time.

Unfortunately, I don't have enough to make challenges on the other clans' claims just yet. For the time being, I'll have to expand in the other directions while focusing what troops I do have on defense of our borders. If anyone attempts to invade, I will show them their mistake! They will see why I am known as the Undefeated of the East!

LISTEN UP! I want all warriors who are able to fight and have the courage to do so to station yourselves along our borders! We'll put more of our forces along our southern border than our western border -- both of our rival clans' leaders are ambitious, but Clan Enma is the larger threat. Clan Figaro has always preferred a defensive strategy, and will not be as willing to launch the first blow as Clan Enma will.

HOWEVER! Under NO circumstances are you to cross the border to engage in combat! These are defensive assignments for the time being! We will watch the other two clans and wait for the scales to tip in our favor to strike. In the meantime, we will defend our home lands with all of our might! If either clan decides they are foolhardy enough to launch an attack, however, show them what you are made of!

And always keep in mind that the outcome of a battle is as much a result of mental abilities as physical! Remember the terrain types and the movement of fire, earth, wind, and water, and always make sure to exploit them to your utmost advantage! Always maintain a level head in battle -- DO NOT give into your emotions! And finally, prepare yourself to win! If your will to win is stronger than your foes, you will prevail!
